-Sometimes weather conditions make it impossible for the boat to leave the port safely, as it would largely ruin such a pleasant experience as sailing and enjoyment (this fact will be determined by the person in charge). In this case, the customer may request a change of date/time for the rental or ask for a full refund.

– Sometimes, weather changes happen in a matter of hours, and there is a possibility that the client may decide to return before the end of the rental period for safety reasons. In this case, the reasons and conditions will be studied to evaluate the amount to be refunded to the customer. This evaluation will always be carried out by the professional, and there will be no option to file a claim.

– It is also possible that the person in charge may consider it necessary to cancel or change the duration of the activity (the decision of the person in charge, as an expert professional, will not be subject to discussion). In this case, the reasons and conditions will be studied to evaluate the amount to be refunded to the customer.
